Lead Inspection |
Environmental Management, Inc. provides lead inspection services & consulting to commercial, industrial, and municipal clients for purposes of renovation, demolition or OSHA compliance. Lead inspections utilize a trained and licensed inspector to collect paint chips for analysis by a third party lab. We have helped countless clients in New England in detecting dangerous levels of lead.
We will create a work plan for remediation or exposure control for a contractor when requested. We will also conduct HUD clearance dust sampling for analysis by third party lab, and sample waste for TCLP.
Environmental Management, Inc. also provides training courses on lead inspection as outlined by HUD, Maine DEP and OSHA.
